Paris Hilton's catchphrase "that's hot" has a whole new meaning. India has banned her video "Stars are Blind" for being too racy. The country's ratings board gave it an adult certification, meaning it cannot be broadcast on any television channel. According to reports, the board made its decision due to the video's sexual connotations.

Britney Spears has been censored. Tokyo subway officials have banned a poster of the pop star in which she appears naked and pregnant. The poster – a blown-up cover image of the August Harper's Bazaar - has been classified "overly stimulating" for young people.

Busta Rhymes was arrested this Sunday and charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon. Reportedly, the rapper was accused of attacking a man who had spit on his car. Busta was arraigned on third-degree assault charges by the NYPD, and is due in court October 24.

DMX is not getting much love after he cancelled a week-long trip to Kuwait and Iraq.  The rapper was set to go there to entertain US troops.  However, DMX never showed up for his flight. The USO, who arranged the tour, said the troops are extremely disappointed that DMX will not attend.

Panic! At The Disco are being sued by their former bass player.  Brent Wilson is taking taking legal action against the band, claiming that he is still owed royalties from sales of their last album.  Wilson said he decided to sue because “Basically I want to get what I deserve.”  The band has no comment.

The Pussycat Dolls have been deemed too racy for Malaysia. Malaysian authorities have fined the organizers of a Dolls concert for allowing the singers to wear skimpy costumes on stage. The group, who recently performed in Kuala Lumpur, were also targeted for "gross indecency" and "sexually suggestive routines."

The 22nd edition of the popular music series 'Now That's What I Call Music!' -- featuring smash hits by the likes of Rihanna, All American Rejects and 'Now' staple Kelly Clarkson -- reclaimed the top spot this week, selling another 127,000 copies, according to Neilsen SoundScan. That was enough to knock last week's No. 1 -- former Destiny's Child member LeToya Luckett's solo effort, 'LeToya' -- down to No. 5 with 65,000 copies sold.

DMX debuted at No. 2 with his latest, 'Year of the Dog Again,' selling 125,000 copies, while the 10th edition of the ever-popular 'Kidz Bop' series, featuring kids tackling hits like Natasha Bedingfield's 'Unwritten' and James Blunt's 'You're Beautiful,' landed at No. 3 with 116,000 copies sold....

Paris Hilton's new career as a singer keeps rolling along. The heiress will soon embark on a mini-tour to promote her upcoming album. Paris will be making stops in Miami, New York City and Los Angeles. Hilton will do double duty during the tour, with in-store autograph signing events during the day, and CD release parties at night.

Jessica Simpson has denied that her upcoming album, A Public Affair, is about her failed marriage to Nick Lachey. She said that even though that's what people expect, it's really about her trying to lead a normal life. She did admit, however, that she covered Patty Griffin's "Let Him Fly," because the song helped her through her break-up with Nick last year.
