Beyonce Launches Talent Search
 Beyonce Knowles is to begin a national search for musicians to join her all-female band on her upcoming world tour.
The pop superstar has announced plans to hold a series of auditions across America this coming Monday, in cities including New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
Prospective musicians do not have to read music, but should be able to play by ear, and must be over 18 and female. They are also required to play "Work It Out" as performed on the Beyonce
