Jay-Z recently lost a bet and had to pay a thousand dollars to a Playboy editor. The New York Post is reporting that Jay-Z bet Rob Tannenbaum that he'd never come out of retirement. So with the release of Jigga's album Kingdom Come, Tannenbaum thought it was time for Jay-z to pay up. Jay-z conceded defeat and paid the Playboy editor the cash.
