The Game was reportedly arrested yesterday night (May 11) on suspicion of making criminal threats after police searched the rapper's Glendale, CA home for more than three hours. He was released shortly after posting $50,000 bail.
According to the Associated Press a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department said the arrest was related to an incident that occurred in February. She declined to elaborate and it is not known what the police officers were searching for in his apartment.
A local television station captured The Game being driven off in the back of a patrol car as a bystander yelled, "We love you Game, we love you." The rapper stuck his tongue out at the camera and said, "I want to say that I'm not guilty, and I love California."
Game (born Jayceon Taylor) was booked at a nearby police station on felony charges.
The Compton bred rapper made headlines in November when he was arrested for impersonating a police officer after hailing a cab in New York and flashing a fake badge to his driver.
