In celebration of the upcoming release of his third album, Curtis, 50 Cent will serve as the host of BET's "Rap City" next week and he will be bringing some friends along.
During his brief reign of the popular hip-hop video show, which will kick off on Monday (May 29) and wrap up on June 2, 50 will be joined by KRS-One, Marley Marl and his G-Unit affiliates, Tony Yayo and DJ Whoo Kid.
50 will also discuss various issues facing the hip-hop community including the "n-word," diversity in rap music and his recent comments on Master P with BET correspondent Cousin Jeff Johnson.
Curtis will hit shelves on June 26. The album will feature appearances from Mary J. Blige, Robin Thicke, Justin Timberlake, Akon, Nicole Scherzinger (formerly of the Pussycat Dolls) and Eminem, among others.
