Nicole Richie may have the ex-boyfriend (Good Charlotte's Joel Madden), but Hilary Duff has a tour. The pop singer will begin in Montreal, Quebec on July 19 and then tour up to the end of summer, when she gives her final performance in Darien Center, NY on September 1.
