As was widely tipped, the Spice Girls have reunited and will embark on a world tour in December and January.
The 90s pop icons will play 11 shows across six continents in December and January, kicking off in Los Angeles on December 12 and winding up Buenos Aires on January 24.
The other cities will be New York, Las Vegas, London, Köln, Madrid, Beijing, Hong Kong, Sydney and Cape Town. Venues have not yet been announced.
Geri Halliwell joked that the tour would be a "series of one night stands", whilst Victoria Beckham noted, "Geri just appreciates the fact that we've let her back in!" It's unclear whether she was joking as well.
To accompany the reunion, the Spice Girls will record an official documentary, their first, with director Bob Smeaton ('Beatles Anthology', 'Who's Next'). A greatest hits package will also be released.
Speaking of the documentary, Halliwell said, "It's going to be the most honest story that you've ever heard. You get to see the dark side of the Spice Girls, the gritty side, the tears."
