Eight Mile Style, Eminem's music publisher, has filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against Apple Inc. for copyright infringement.

The ad, which also aired on MTV, featured a 10-year-old rhyming Slim's hit while promoting Apple's iPod's music player. The case was settled out of court.
