 Mel B’s new fitness video will help people get rid of their 'jubbily bits'.
The former Spice Girls star – who toned up her own physique during her training for US TV talent show 'Dancing With The Stars’ earlier this year – will be imparting her exercise and diet regime to people who are keen to improve their bodies.

 The Spice Girls were joined on stage by their children on Tuesday night.
The reunited girl band - Victoria Beckham, Mel B, Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton and Mel C - were performing at London's O2 arena, as part of their comeback tour, and during their hit song 'Mama' the Spice children made a special appearance, much to the delight of the crowd.

The former Spice Girls star handcuffed Stephen Belafonte, before parading the X-rated dancers in front of him. Mel gleefully took photos as the women rubbed up against him.
A guest at the Los Angeles party told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "The girls were really provocative. Mel loved it."
