Robbie Williams raked in £32 million in 2006, after playing just 44 concerts, it has been revealed.
The British pop superstar netted the enormous sum across nine months, on the "Close Encounters" world tour of 14 countries.
According to new figures, Robbie's The In Good Company Co Limited paid the singer £32,200,163 following the 44 concerts between March 31 and December 31.
The documents also report that the singer has earnt £67,811,209 since his music organisation was established in March 2002.
"People often say that Robbie is on the way out, especially after his last album 'Rudebox' was panned by the critics.
"But this just proves that he's still got what it takes to earn big money", an industry 'source' claimed.
Robbie Williams wants to star in his own cookery show.
The 'Angels' singer has become a keen chef after taking private cooking lessons and wants to show off his culinary skills with a TV programme and accompanying book.
A source said: "He has an urge to host his own cookery show and bring out a book with it."
However, friends are not convinced the star's calorie-laden menu will offer enough variety for a whole series. read more
Robbie Williams is house hunting in Australia – so he can go UFO hunting.
The 'Bodies’ singer arrived in Sydney this week with girlfriend Adya Field to promote his new album, 'Reality Killed the Video Star', and will also use the trip as an opportunity to find a property in the Australian Outback.
One of Robbie’s team has already been to visit the Holiday Park, in Wycliffe Well, which has more reported UFO sightings than any other place in Australia.
