Britney Spears has run away with her new paparazzo boyfriend. 
The 'Gimme More' singer fled to Palm Desert, California, with 35-year-old British photographer Adnan Ghalib after discharging herself from Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Saturday (05.01.08).
Before she left hospital, where she was under psychiatric evaluation, Britney was reportedly overheard saying: "He is my only friend in the whole world."
The couple were seen toasting Britney's release from hospital with a champagne breakfast at the Daily Grill in the downtown shopping district of El Paseo yesterday (06.01.08).
A fellow diner said: "Britney was enjoying her cocktail and even went to the restroom with her champagne flute while Adnan waited outside the door. When they finished breakfast they walked down the street together."
Inside sources claim Adnan, who works for the Finalpixx photo agency, is already brokering a multi-million dollar deal with tabloids for the exclusive story and pictures of his relationship with Britney.
Britney first met Adnan in September and immediately told friends she thought he was "cute".
The photographer came to the 26-year-old singer's rescue when she asked a crowd of paparazzi following her to get her a tampon while using the bathroom at a Los Angeles Quiznos sandwich store.
In December, they checked into several hotels together and she also spent New Year's Eve (31.12.07) with him.
Meanwhile, Britney was stripped of her visitation rights to sons Sean Preston, two and 15-month-old Jayden James on Friday (04.01.07) after she held them hostage in her home and reportedly threatened to kill both them and herself.
