Britney Spears refused to speak to TV doctor Phil McGraw when he confronted her in her hospital room.
The star reportedly never invited the celebrity therapist to visit and was surprised when he appeared at the Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Saturday.
Spears, who was admitted to the hospital on Thursday night after refusing to hand over her two sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline, allegedly walked out of the room when McGraw entered.
The troubled singer is said to have come back later and allowed him to question her for 15 minutes--not an hour, as previously claimed by the doctor.
Spears' parents Lynne and Jamie have reportedly agreed to be part of McGraw's TV show on Monday, which will focus on their daughter's recent troubles--but the star has refused to have any involvement.
A source tells, "Based on the interaction between Dr. Phil and Britney this morning, it'll be a cold day in hell before Britney goes on his show."
