Amy Winehouse missed a crucial rehearsal for tonight's BRIT Awards(20.02.08) after discovering her imprisoned husband is using heroin. 
The troubled singer - who is due to perform a medley with Mark Ronson, Adele and Daniel Merriweather at the prestigious bash - was devastated when she found out Blake Fielder-Civil was trading signed pictures of her for hits of the class-A drug.
A source close to Amy - who thought he was using the photos to get cigarettes - said: "She was supposed to rehearse on Monday (18.02.08), but didn't show up after she discovered Blake had been trading pictures of her for drugs.
"It's sad Blake has sent her into turmoil again just before her big night. She's been working so hard to get her head together for this."
The 'Rehab' star's friends and family hope she will finally ditch Blake - who is currently in London's Pentonville Prison awaiting trial on charges of assault and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice - and concentrate on battling her own drugs addiction.
Pals are convinced Blake will not be entitled to a huge slice of Amy's fortune if the pair divorce, arguing she was under the influence of drugs when she married him last May.
A source added to Britain's The Sun newspaper: "I think her and Blake are closer than ever to splitting up. And when they do, I don't think he will be able to claim a percentage of her wealth.
"He will be offered a one-off payment and told if he goes to court to get more he will end up with nothing, as Amy was not in a fit mental state when she married him."
