P Diddy sued over copyright infringement
 P DIDDY is being taken to court by a little-known R&B artist for using one of his singles without permission.
Troy Hicks claims that Diddy's rap group, Boyz N Da Hood, used parts of his track Private Dancer in their 2007 song Table Dance.
Hicks, whose stage name is Rhythum, previously released the song on independent label Real Life Entertainment.
He filed legal papers in a court in Dallas, Texas which name Boyz N Da Hood, Combs's label Bad Boy Records, Atlanti

"The story is a lie," the hip-hop mogul said in a statement Monday. "It is beyond ridiculous and completely false.
