P Diddy sued over copyright infringement
P DIDDY is being taken to court by a little-known R&B artist for using one of his singles without permission.
Troy Hicks claims that Diddy's rap group, Boyz N Da Hood, used parts of his track Private Dancer in their 2007 song Table Dance.
Hicks, whose stage name is Rhythum, previously released the song on independent label Real Life Entertainment.

P Diddy has strongly denied a report in the Los Angeles Times that he was responsible for the 1994 robbery and shooting of Tupac Shakur at a New York recording studio, and that he knew about the attack which was methodically planned.
