 Singer confirms engagement to girlfriend Tameka Foster, hopes to release new LP by November.
As the old hip-hop saying goes, it's official like a referee with a whistle: Usher confirmed on Wednesday night that he is engaged to his longtime girlfriend, stylist Tameka Foster.
"I'm engaged now," he said, smiling. The Grammy winner even said he could be walking down the aisle before the end of this year.

 While R&B superstar Usher definitely has a new baby on the way, industry insiders can't say the same for the new album he was reportedly working on.
According to New York Post's Page Six, plans for Usher to deliver a fifth studio album this November have been put on hold. "It's not happening anymore" thanks to "issues in his personal life."
Sources for the Post place the blame on Usher's new wife Tameka Foster-Raymond.
