Spears Booked on Two Hit-and-Run Charges
 Britney Spears has been booked for her hit-and-run parking-lot accident in August, after turning herself in to Los Angeles police on Monday night.
The singer was caught on camera scraping Kim Robard-Rifkin's vehicle with her Mercedes-Benz while attempting to park in Van Nuys, California, on Aug. 6.
