	50 Cent has been accused of trying to kill his son and ex-girlfriend in an arson attack. Shaniqua Tompkins – mother of the rapper’s 10-year-old son Marquise – claims a Molotov cocktail started the fire which destroyed the star’s £1.2 million mansion in Dix Hills, New York State while she, the child and four others were inside on Friday (30.05.08). They were all treated in hospital for minor injuries.

The troubled singer has been meeting with TV executives to discuss possible projects following her recent successful appearances on hit US TV sitcom 'How I Met Your Mother'. A source said: 'Britney met Roy Bank, the president of Merv GriffinnEntertainment, on Wednesday (28.05.08). It was a serious meeting and they spoke about various programme ideas ' including a new music show.'
