    Amy Winehouse is reportedly paying £1,000 per week to keep husband Blake Fielder-Civil safe in prison.
    The 'Rehab’ singer’s money pays five inmates to protect her husband from other prisoners, who have targeted him because of Amy’s fame.
    She is also said to be shelling out a further £1,000 to fund his drug habit while he is in remand in London’s Pentonville Prison awaiting trial for grievous bodily harm (GBH) and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

    Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding is to go solo.
    The blonde singer has sparked further rumours the group are to disband after confirming she is collaborating with nu-ravers Filthy Dukes for the soundtrack of forthcoming film 'Wild Child’.
    A friend of the star told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: 'She was thrilled to be approached and recognised as a singer in her own right. The 'Wild Child’ soundtrack is a pretty cool album with some big names on it including Rihanna, Robbie Williams and Nelly Furtado, so it promises to be a springboard to other things.'

    Rapper Lil Wayne has been signed to write a song for the forthcoming movie 'Hurricane Season'.
    Lil Wayne will write and record a song to be called 'Tie My hands' for the movie. It will be a duet with R&B star Robin Thicke and appear on both Thicke and Lil Wayne's next albums.
    'Hurricane Season' is the new name for the movie that started work as 'Patriots'. Lil Wayne will also star in the movie.
