Winehouse's husband refused bail
 Amy Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil has been refused bail and remains in custody accused of assaulting a barman in London.
Fielder-Civil, 25, appeared at Snaresbrook Crown Court in London on Friday also charged with perverting the course of justice. He is set to spend Christmas in jail.
He was remanded in custody at London's Pentonville Prison..
