T-Pain's Goes Digital, Joins Kanye West On Tour
R&B hit-maker T-Pain's new record label, Nappy Boy, is riding the wave of the future. The company's going digital.
"The label will be a full-fledged indie label with PR, promo and everything else a physical label has, but will never go physical," T-Pain's brand manager Michael Blumstein told. "You'll never see any albums in retail stores."
When his contract with Jive is up, T-Pain may end up skipping physical releases altogether.

A spokesperson for Madonna has denied she "laughed hysterically" after hearing news of poor ticket sales for Mariah Carey's upcoming U.S. tour.
Reports in the American press suggest the music icon took great pleasure in the apparent news of her pop rival struggling to fill the venues for her upcoming live dates. The New York Daily News claims Madonna holds a grudge against Carey, following a disagreement between the pair earlier on in their careers.
