 NE-YO has said he won't turn his back on Chris Brown.
The R&B star is good friends with Brown, who was found guilty of beating up ex-girlfriend Rihanna after a Grammys party in February.
And although Ne-Yo, 29, has been working with the Umbrella singer on her next album, he won't be addressing the issue on any songs he writes.

 RIHANNA put her troubles to one side for the night as she hit the town with Beyonce.
The Umbrella star partied with the singer, her husband Jay-Z and a group of other friends in New York this weekend.
And in order to avoid unwanted attention, they asked staff at the city's The Spotted Pig gastropub to section off an entire floor for them.
