Debbie Rowe has denied claims she is not the mother of Michael Jackson's children.
Debbie's lawyer Marta Almli insists there is no truth in allegations that Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11, were conceived using a donor egg and sperm - with Debbie acting as a surrogate.
Almli said: "We refuse to be drawn into addressing the various rumors and speculation swirling in the media. The vast majority of what is out there is untrue. Particular hurtful and insidious is the most recent rumor - which is entirely false - concerning the maternity of the children. Ms. Rowe is the biological mother of the two oldest children."
Gossip website TMZ has reported all three of Michael's children - his youngest son, seven-year-old Prince Michael II, was born via an unknown surrogate - were conceived outside the womb.
The site claims Michael - who died of a suspected cardiac arrest last Thursday (25.06.09) - was not the biological father of the kids, and Debbie did not use her own eggs. She was used as a surrogate.
It is also alleged the woman who gave birth to Prince Michael II had no idea she was having a baby for Michael.
The site reports: "Three days after Prince was born at Grossmont Hospital in San Diego County, Jackson's lawyer came to the hospital to pick the baby up and deliver him to Michael."
It is also alleged the parentage of the children could cause problems as Michael's mother Katherine - who was granted temporary guardianship of them earlier this week - battles for custody, as Michael never officially adopted them.
Meanwhile, it has been claimed the biological father of Michael's eldest two children is his dermatologist Arnold Klein, who was Debbie's boss when Michael met her.
A source told Us Weekly magazine: "He is the dad. He and Debbie signed an agreement saying they would never reveal the truth."
Klein's attorney Richard L. Charnley told US TV show 'Entertainment Tonight' in a statement: "Dr. Klein is aware of media reports connecting him to Michael Jackson. Because of patient confidentiality Dr. Klein will make no statement on any reports or allegations.
"Out of respect for his patients and adherence to federal regulations, Dr. Klein asks that the media not contact his patients nor interfere with their medical treatments. Like millions of Michael's fans around the world, Dr. Klein is saddened by Michael's death and extends his condolences to Michael's family."
