FERGIE has admitted that she needs to cut down on the amount of swearing she does onstage.
The Black Eyed Peas singer said she decided to stop using profanities after seeing young girls in the audience when touring her solo record.
Speaking to Marie Claire, she said: "I wasn't trying to be a role model with The Dutchess.
"It was seeing little girls in the audience with their mums. [It] made me think about what I do on stage a little bit more.
"I had to watch my mouth, because it can be filthy."
The Black Eyed Peas release their new single, I Gotta Feeling, later this summer.
