Michael Jackson is to perform from beyond the grave in a 3-D tribute at the Grammy Awards.
Some of the world's biggest stars - including Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson, Carrie Underwood, Smokey Robinson and Usher - will take to the stage next Sunday (31.01.10) to sing alongside a high-tech video of the late King of Pop's 'Earth Song', a segment which was going to be an integral part of his 'This Is It' London residency.
Ken Ehrlich, Grammy co-executive producer and friend of Michael's, said: "It was one of the most important portions of the concert tour to Michael, and when Michael saw the film for the first time at his last rehearsal, there were tears in his eyes." |

Jon Bon Jovi records song for Iran |
 |
 |
JON BON JOVI has recorded a song in Farsi in an attempt to promote peace and unity in Iran.
The rock star teamed up with exiled Iranian singer Andy Madadian and Was (Not Was) star Don Was to record a version of Ben E. King's Stand By Me in the country's first language.
A statement said the song is "a musical message of worldwide solidarity" to the Iranian people, in the wake of violence following the country's controversial recent election.
Was, who produced the track, told Billboard.com that the song was recorded in Los Angeles on 24 June after he and Madadian saw Bon Jovi and bandmate Richie Sambora eating lunch outside the studio they were working in.

Britney Spears’ recent MTV Video Music Awards appearance has been named the greatest comeback ever.
The troubled singer picked up three awards at the ceremony last weekend and appeared healthy and relaxed - in stark contrast to a year ago when her shambolic performance at the same event saw her criticised for being out-of-shape and disorientated.
She beat boy band Take That – who split up in 1996 but returned in 2006 with a sell-out tour and chart-topping album – into second place and Kylie Minogue, who was recognised for overcoming breast cancer, into third. |
