He said: 'This is going to be one of the best nights of my life, do you know, it’s so nice to be the only member of Take That not in trouble this week. That’s a surprise isn’t it?'
Later on, the 36-year-old singer said his song 'Rock DJ’ reminded him of Mark – who has since gone into rehab for an alcohol problem. |

The 35-year-old singer – who quit the pop group in 1995 - spent five hours in a Los Angeles studio on Tuesday (26.01.10) singing and recording songs with his old bandmates and was then spotted hugging each of them as he left.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "All the signs are looking good. It's great news for the fans. They're using this time in Los Angeles to start working together as a band again.
"They were delighted with Tuesday's session and were congratulating each other as they left. They're using this time together to crack on with reunion songs."

 Robbie Williams, who celebrates 20 years in the music industry this year, has given his new single 'Morning Sun' to Sport Relief as their official charity single for 2010. The song will be released on March 8, before Sport Relief weekend which falls between March 19 and March 21.

 Robbie Williams is house hunting in Australia – so he can go UFO hunting.
The 'Bodies’ singer arrived in Sydney this week with girlfriend Adya Field to promote his new album, 'Reality Killed the Video Star', and will also use the trip as an opportunity to find a property in the Australian Outback.
One of Robbie’s team has already been to visit the Holiday Park, in Wycliffe Well, which has more reported UFO sightings than any other place in Australia.
Lew Farkas, the owner of the Holiday Park, told the Courier News newspaper: 'A mate of his came and stayed here and was telling me how Robbie was right into UFOs and was a real buff on the subject. He said he would let him know about Wycliffe Well and the UFO element. |

The 'Bodies’ singer admitted he is gathering the courage to ask actress Ayda Field – who he has been dating since January 2007 – to be his wife.
When asked by if he plans to marry Ayda, Robbie replied: 'I might be. It could be on the cards... yeah.'
His answer was met with cheers from the audience, to which the singer replied: 'You’re happy that I’m happy, right?'

The singer fought off X Factor winner Leona Lewis to land the Best Female gong at last night's ceremony in Berlin, Germany.
She also won Best Song for Halo and Best Video for Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It) which she dedicated to rapper husband Jay-Z, for "putting a ring on it".
Jay-Z was also in the city to perform with U2 at a free open-air concert at the Brandenburg Gate to coincide with the event, which was held in the city to mark the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. |
