Michael Jackson's eldest two children accepted a lifetime achievement award on behalf of their late father at last night's Grammys (31.01.10).
Prince Michael, 12, and 11-year-old Paris received a standing ovation as they took to the stage at Los Angeles' Staples Center - where their dad's public memorial was held last July - to collect the honour and then paid an emotional tribute to him.
Prince said: "We are proud to be here to accept this award on behalf of our father, Michael Jackson.

Tito, 56, said: 'No matter what we’re doing – working in the studio or rehearsing dance steps – there’s an emptiness there. You feel it constantly. It’s bearing down on you.
'Emotionally it’s very difficult to sing these songs without Michael. Just to hear him on the radio today is very emotional.'
Jackie also claimed he can feel the 'Thriller’ singer around him.

Michael Jackson will be a 3D Hologram at the Grammy Awards and 14 million people will get to watch him in 3D on their television.
14 million pairs of 3D glasses will be distributed across America his week before the show on Sunday night.
The Grammy Awards will be used to premiere the video for 'Earth Song’. It is also expected that Jackson’s children will introduce the clip.

"They were delighted with Tuesday's session and were congratulating each other as they left. They're using this time together to crack on with reunion songs."
